Laminated Glass Cutting Machinery
Lam 100 Series
The LAM 100 series is a semi-automatic and autonomous machine. Very easy to operate, it is designed for companies with average laminated glass production requirements for thicknesses up to 8 + 8 mm
- Max. Cutting Size: 3700 mm (146″)
- Glass Thickness: 8+8 mm (0.31″+0.31″)
Lam 300 Series
The LAM 300 series is aimed at companies looking for a versatile machine with very high quality and performance. With a compact design, this table can work together with a RUBI series monolithic glass cutting table to get an efficient mixed cutting line
- Max. Cutting Size: 3700 mm (146″)
- Glass Thickness: 10+10 mm (0.39″+0.39″)
Lam 500 Series
The LAM 500 series is aimed at companies that need maximum productivity and automation. Designed to work integrated in a laminated cutting line or as part of a mixed line
- Max. Cutting Size: 3700 mm (146″)
- Max. Cutting Size: 4700 mm (185″)
- Max. Cutting Size: 6000 mm (236″)
- Glass Thickness: 12+12 mm (0.47″+0.47″)
Common Features
Extremely Robust Structural Design
Compact and optimized design. The tables are assembled in a whole to gain strength and avoid possible tensions. Its mechanical design allows the absorption of the vibrations produced by the high accelerations and speeds, thus optimizing the quality and precision of the cut
Optimized Air Cushion
This system allows the glass to be moved manually along the table by means of an improved flotation system. A fan generates a high flow of air that exits the table surface through uniformly distributed adjustable holes
Break-out and Separation System
The top layer of the glass is break-out by a strap that rises and hits the glass on its underside. The lower one is break-out by the upper tool, which has an integrated wheel that descends and moves along the top of the glass. The lamp heats the butyral and simultaneously a bar holds the lower side of the glass and the other bar pulls to the opposite way. Thus as the butyral softens the glass begins to separate. In this way, as the butyral softens, the glass separates. Finally, the butyral is cut with a blade from the upper tool
Aluminium Board
Our innovative bet for aluminum panels minimizes air cushion losses. But the most remarkable feature is its combination with the TFS system to guarantee perfect table planimetry over time
Automatic Cutting Pressure Regulation
The control software recognizes the type of glass and assigns the optimum pressure to cut it. Pressure can be adjusted according to the speed to always cut at the highest quality, aided by an constant lubrication electronic valve for the cutting wheel
Mechanical Positioning System
A number of slots are arranged on the table surface, through which two stops are moved to allow glass of different lengths to be positioned. When activated, they move horizontally to position themselves according to the size of the piece to be cut. Then they ascend so that the user can position the piece making contact with them. If the piece is small, the front stops will be used and if the piece is large, the rear stops will be used
Monolithic Glass Cutting
The LAM series gives the possibility of cutting and breaking out float glass. The upper tool carries out the cut and the lower bar carries out the breakout
Sequential Operation Menu
With this function of the interface, a certain action to process the glass can be chosen. In those cases in which the complete sequence is not required (cut + break-out + separation) a part of the process can be selected and started, for example heat the PVB, break-out the glass etc
Laser Aid for the Straight Shape Cuts
A laser whose beam covers the bridge length and works as a reference to position the glass manually. Thus the sheet could be placed in an inclined plane and the machine could cut straight shapes
